The Board of Trustees of the Cypressdale Community Improvement Association, Inc. will hold a regular meeting on May 15, 2012, at 7:00 p.m., at the Association’s Clubhouse at 4815 Elmbrook Drive, Spring, TX 77388.
The subject of the meeting is general business of the Association, including monthly reports.
Items that may be discussed in executive session include: actions involving personnel, pending or threatened litigation, contract negotiations, enforcement actions, confidential communications with the Association's attorney, matters involving invasion of privacy of owners, and other matters that are confidential by request of an affected party and agreement of the Board.
