The Board of Trustees of the Cypressdale Community Improvement Association, Inc. will hold a regular meeting on February 21, 2012, at 7:00 p.m., at the Association’s Clubhouse at 4815 Elmbrook Drive, Spring, TX 77388.

The subject of the meeting is general business of the Association, including monthly reports.

Items that may be discussed in executive session include: actions involving personnel, pending or threatened litigation, contract negotiations, enforcement actions, confidential communications wit the Association attorney, matters involving invasion of privacy of owners, and other matters that are confidential by request of an affected party and agreement of the Board.

The year 2012 Annual Membership Meeting was scheduled for January 17, 2012, at 7:00 pm, at the Clubhouse, 4815 Elmbrook Drive, Spring, TX 77388.

The purpose of the meeting was the election of (1) Trustee to the Board of Trustees.

Unfortunately, a quorum of members was not obtained at that meeting, and it will be re-convened at such time as the Association has received ballots or proxies from 10% of the members.  78 proxies are required, and at present less than 40 have been received.

So, if you haven't voted or returned your proxy yet, please do so without delay!  You don't even have to vote if you don't want to; the form counts toward the quorum when you fill it out and send it in.
